Check Out the Vehicle

NaviGator AMS rose from the lessons learned from our other autonomous vehicles, SubjuGator and PropaGator.  NaviGator ASV is an autonomous marine surface vehicle built upon a catamaran WAM-V hull.  Manufactured utilizing inflatable pontoons, the boat can be rapidly assembled and disassebled making shipment easy.  Above the waterline, the boats tubular design provides rigidity and makes construction and assembly of the boat simpler by limiting the number of attachment points to the hull.  The main component platform floats on a off-set lever arm suspension to absorb vibration as the vessel moves through the water.

All computers and electronics are housed in a lightweight, splash resistant enclosure. This enclosure not only protects the equipment from the elements, but also provides cooling through insulating materials.  Additionally, the large lid provides easy access to all of the components.
